Upon arrival at Kiryandongo General Referral Hospital, we affirmed our presence, and we were happily received. In two teams, we were able to pray and share the word of God with the patients, and we were also able to distribute the packages we had prepared for them.
During hospital visits, we went ahead to Nyakadot health center within the same district, Kiryandongo to meet more mothers.
St Kizito Baby’s Home, Mbale, is a home that takes care of new-born babies with no home or family and later secures a safe and health family for them.
We care about our environment through its conservation by working with head teachers in different schools, working with church leaders, and also society leaders through encouraging tree planting and teaching them how important these trees are to our lives and climate change.
We encourage more trees to be purchased and planted.
We are in an era where Deforestation is occurring at a very high rate, emergiing as the highest in the world. This has led to a change in climate as trees play a vital role by absorbing and storing carbon dioxide.
